An office and commercial space located in the Periferico and Ejército Nacional area of Mexico City has obtained the LEED Platinum Certification from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). This certification ensures efficiency in terms of energy savings, water consumption, environmental harmony, safety, and innovative technology.
The property offers rentable space for offices and commercial establishments, along with 1,844 parking spaces. During its inauguration, the building featured an interactive exhibition called "Reflejo Peatonal" (Pedestrian Reflection) created by renowned artist Rafael Lozano. This exhibition utilizes a unique digital rotoscope technique in Mexico, displaying animated silhouettes of pedestrians walking near the Puerta Polanco project. To power this exhibition, 100,000 LED lights, 24 kilometers of cable, and 3 AI-enabled cameras were employed.
The building also boasts a wastewater treatment plant that recovers rainwater and is equipped with energy-saving lighting and control technology. These features exemplify the building's commitment to sustainability and environmental efficiency.
