Liverpool To Invest 25 Billion Pesos In Arco Norte Logistics Platform

  • The Arco Norte Logistics Platform Project will receive an investment of over 25 billion pesos in Jilotepec, State of Mexico.
  • It will comprise seven industrial warehouses, create thousands of jobs, and is expected to be fully operational by 2024.

The Plataforma Logística Arco Norte project of Puerto de Liverpool will have an investment of over 25 billion pesos in the municipality of Jilotepec, State of Mexico. The project will consist of seven industrial warehouses, occupying approximately 188 hectares. The construction of this project is expected to generate 10,000 direct jobs and 15,000 indirect jobs. 

According to Liverpool, the covered area of the project will span 23 hectares, which is equivalent to three Azteca stadiums.

The Plataforma Logística Arco Norte will include a warehouse for storing furniture, washing machines, mattresses, and televisions, which will be operational in the first quarter of 2022 with an investment of 7.4 billion pesos. In a second phase, another warehouse will be constructed for storing clothing, cellphones, and computers. This property is scheduled to be ready in the first quarter of 2024, requiring an investment of 8.8 billion pesos.
