Liverpool, the chain of department stores in Mexico, has announced its opening plan, which includes the inauguration of nine Suburbia stores and two Liverpool warehouses in the next five months.

Liverpool warehouses will open next November in Mexico City, specifically in the Mítikah shopping center, one of FIBRA Uno's major real estate projects. Additionally, another department store will open in September in the city of Tijuana, Baja California.

It is also important to mention that between March and April, six Suburbia stores were inaugurated. These are located in the cities of León, Cancún, Comalcalco, Villahermosa (Tabasco), as well as in the municipality of Cuautitlán Izcalli, State of Mexico.

Liverpool reports that the total investment in these projects reached 2,668 million pesos as of June 30, 2022. Of this amount, 28% corresponds to investments in openings, 13% to renovations, and 47% to logistics and systems.
