Mars Petcare company will invest 100 million dollars over the next three years to expand its wet pet food production plant located in Querétaro.

According to the company, these resources will allow them to double the capacity of the facility, reaching a total annual production of over 70,000 tons, which will translate into more than 55 million pouches of their brands Pedigree, Whiskas, Cesar, and Sheba.

The company highlighted that they expect the pet food category to grow in double digits this year, thanks to the increasingly important role that dogs and cats play in people's lives.
