MAVAL Steering Systems from Mexico invests $2 million and creates 200 jobs in its new plant in Nuevo Laredo.
The recently inaugurated facility spans 65,000 square feet and represents a strong commitment to the city's workforce as an attractive investment opportunity.
Juan Ángel Salas Silva, General Manager of MAVAL, highlights that investors see Nuevo Laredo as the best choice for expanding the plant. "It is important to emphasize our commitment to this city. Nuevo Laredo has always had a remarkable workforce and abundant talent, which is reflected in the attraction of investments. Today, with this synergy, we are launching our operations at MAVAL," Salas Silva emphasizes.

MAVAL is an American company dedicated to remanufacturing imported power steering pumps and gears. Founded in 1987, it has become one of the leading companies in remanufacturing steering components in the United States. This new plant in Nuevo Laredo is the company's first in the city and the second in Mexico.
