Mensajeros Urbanos, the Colombian logtech company specialized in last-mile delivery, has announced the acquisition of Zubut, a last-mile delivery company in Mexico. Zubut operates in various cities in Mexico and focuses on serving e-commerce, retail, and pharmacy companies, among others.

According to a press release, Zubut's brand will remain intact for the time being while gradually transitioning to the Mensajeros Urbanos brand. Additionally, a team of experienced Mexican entrepreneurs with extensive knowledge in logistics will be joining the company.

This acquisition will allow Mensajeros Urbanos to strengthen its logistics network, particularly in cities like Guadalajara and Monterrey. Furthermore, it will enhance their same-day and next-day delivery services, as well as expand their fleet of dedicated vehicles, ranging from motorcycles to trucks.
