Microsoft is preparing to inaugurate its state-of-the-art data center in Querétaro, Mexico. This cutting-edge facility will provide high-capacity information processing and serve as the official cloud residence for services like Office, Azure, Dynamics, and Power Platform. While the exact launch date has not been announced, Microsoft assures that it will offer comprehensive and secure services to assist organizations in their digital transformation.

As part of the Innovar por México program, Microsoft will invest in establishing a digital skills laboratory in Guanajuato. This laboratory will join the existing ones in Chihuahua, Veracruz, and Chiapas, aiming to provide development and employment opportunities for Mexican students. Over the past two years, Microsoft has helped over 700 young individuals secure employment and has trained more than 145,000 students in specialized areas such as data science, artificial intelligence, and solution architecture.

Furthermore, Microsoft is collaborating with various financial institutions and the Mexican Ministry of Economy to provide guidance, financing, and expertise to micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises. The objective is to strengthen their resilience and flexibility through the use of digital technologies.
