Querétaro, a city renowned for its baroque buildings and Spanish colonial architecture, will soon have a new Walmart Supercenter. The objective is to provide quality products and services to the local residents.
Located in the central part of the country, just a few hours away from Mexico City, Querétaro boasts a rich cultural heritage, including the national huapango contest and the cheese and wine fair. Additionally, according to the 2021 Urban Competitiveness Index by the Mexican Institute for Competitiveness, Querétaro ranks among the top three most developed and competitive cities.
With the aim of strengthening the local economy for the benefit of Querétaro residents, Walmart will open a new branch. The store will offer everyday low prices and reduce travel time for residents who currently have to go to other locations for their shopping and service needs.
As one of the largest supermarket chains in Mexico, Walmart has successfully adapted to each locality by offering not only essential products but also items such as gardening supplies, hardware, and many others at affordable prices.
