P&G Planta Vallejo Celebrates 70 Years of Operation in Mexico

The P&G plant located in the Vallejo industrial zone celebrated its 70 years of operation, becoming the oldest and largest in Latin America. 

Since its establishment in 1952, the plant has been a leader in innovation in categories such as powdered and liquid detergents, fabric softeners, dishwashing liquids, and perfumes. 

Currently, Vallejo boasts 23 production lines, manufacturing renowned brands such as Ariel, Ace, Downy, Salvo, Tide, and Gain, among others. Approximately 57% of the production is destined for the Mexican market, while the remaining 43% is primarily exported to Latin America and North America. 

The P&G plant in Vallejo holds the Clean Industry certification and has made significant advancements in energy consumption and the implementation of measures to reduce greenhouse gas emissions over the past decade.
