Madaleno (SOMA) has presented a new mixed-use project in Polanco, Mexico City. Located on Paseo de la Reforma in the Polanco neighborhood, it is called Park Hyatt Mexico City, a new offering of lodging, residential, and office spaces alongside the existing Hyatt Regency Hotel.
The project will be divided into two towers, constructed on a plot of over 11,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 89,260 square meters. One of the towers will house a hotel and residences of the same brand, while the second tower will be exclusively dedicated to corporate use.
Both towers will reach a height of 135 meters, allowing for panoramic views of the expansive Chapultepec Forest.
Additionally, the project aims to have a positive impact on its surroundings in terms of environmental sustainability. For this reason, it will be
LEED Gold certified for its efficient energy consumption, minimal emissions, and resource optimization.
Hyatt's mixed-use project will have a design inspired by the 70s. According to Grupo Sordo Madaleno, the architectural design is timeless and reminiscent of buildings from the 70s in Mexico. Park Hyatt Mexico City will be located on the corner of Andrés Bello and Arquímedes streets.
The plan for Hyatt's mixed-use project includes amenities and complementary services (such as a gym, spa, and pool) on the lower levels, as well as rooms and presidential suites from levels 6 to 18. Subsequently, from levels 19 to 30, the hotel's branded residences with terraces overlooking the forest will be situated.
