Prologis Prepares New Industrial Parks in the State of Mexico
Prologis plans to construct three new industrial parks in Cuautitlán, Lerma, and Toluca in the State of Mexico, with an investment of 5.48 billion pesos.
These developments are expected to create 8,700 jobs and contribute to the overall logistics consolidation in the state and across Mexico.

During a meeting with the government of the State of Mexico (Edomex), Prologis announced the construction of three new industrial parks, with an investment of 5.48 billion pesos (mdp).
The developments will be built in the municipalities of Cuautitlán, Lerma, and Toluca, and are expected to generate 8,700 jobs, according to Governor Alfredo Del Mazo.
Furthermore, the governor emphasized that this initiative is a further step towards the logistics consolidation, not only in the state but throughout Mexico.
