With an investment of 1,572 million pesos, the groundbreaking ceremony took place for the Industrialix Industrial Park in Querétaro.
It is a complex of industrial warehouses located in the municipality of Corregidora that, with a potential additional investment of five billion pesos, will become the prime center for sustainable growth in the region, according to the statement.
The park will cover an area of 122 hectares and will be situated on the side of Highway 45 Cuota Querétaro - Celaya Km. 0+912, in the municipality of Corregidora.
