The Office and Industrial courses are designed to help students understand and apply basic concepts in the sector to their professional environment. Both courses cover key topics such as asset fundamentals, real estate project evaluation, market trends, investments, and environmental certifications, among others. There will be two class sessions each week (Tuesdays for Office and Thursdays for Industrial), and a total of seven classes will be taught, each lasting a maximum of one and a half hours.

At the end of the course, students can participate in a technical visit to a property, allowing them to reinforce and practice what they learned in class.
