Just three months after opening its first branch in Monterrey, Sodimac, the renowned home goods and construction materials retailer, has unveiled its second location in the city. This recent establishment, located in the municipality of Santa Catarina, marks the brand's ninth venture in Mexico over a span of three years, showcasing its rapid ascent in the Mexican market. Eduardo de Vries, the company's CEO, stated: “From our initial launch in August, families and construction specialists in Monterrey have shown us unparalleled support. We are delighted to further our presence in this pivotal area of the city.” Spanning nine thousand square meters, the new store employs around 150 individuals.

Here, customers can explore the brand's two distinct offerings: Homecenter and Constructor. Moreover, it boasts a catalogue of over 20,000 standout products, including environmentally-conscious items. Among the branch's innovations are systems that optimize water consumption and LED lighting throughout its parking facilities. The store offers a wide array of products for the home, from construction solutions, tools, and finishes to appliances, furniture, and decor.

With customer convenience and efficiency in mind, the store provides services such as 'click & collect', self-checkout kiosks, specialized consulting, and personalized bathroom and kitchen design. It also offers flexible delivery and pick-up options, including direct vehicle product retrieval and same-day deliveries. For construction specialists, the location features a spacious yard that accommodates vehicles for material loading. It also offers a variety of additional services, including tool rental, workshops, and board cutting and veneering. Sodimac's continued expansion in Monterrey underscores its commitment to meet the diverse needs of its clients, delivering comprehensive solutions for both homeowners and industry professionals.
