Grupo Sports World signed a letter of understanding for a possible merger with Smart Fit Mexico.


In a statement sent to the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV), Grupo Sports World indicated that, as a result of a possible operation, the two chains would join forces, which would result in one single chain with more than 230 units in operation in several states of Mexico.
