Tepeyac Park Set to Open in the Fourth Quarter of 2022, Announces Fibra Danhos

The Parque Tepeyac - Shopping Center Project, located in the northern part of Mexico City, is being managed by FIBRA Danhos, a developer that has been involved in the construction, leasing, and administration of commercial properties and offices in CDMX and Puebla since 1976.

Among their Shopping Centers are Parque Delta in the Insurgentes submarket, Parque Lindavista and Parque Vía Vallejo in the Aragón submarket, and Parque Tezontle and Parque Las Antenas in the Iztapalapa submarket.

It is expected that on October 25th, the Parque Tepeyac will open its doors, featuring the largest aquarium in Latin America with over 30,000 square meters, as detailed by Salvador Daniel Kabbaz, Vice President and CEO of FIBRA Danhos. Some stores in this development plan to operate during El Buen Fin 2022, which will take place from November 18th to 21st.

According to information from SiiLA, this Shopping Center will have an approximate Gross Leasable Area of 128,000 square meters and around 195 stores. Some confirmed names include Walmart Express, LiverpoolSearsPetlandSuburbiaCinépolisMinisoChili'sItalianni'sHooters, among others.
