The corporate building Torre Cuarzo in Mexico has achieved LEED Gold certification for its sustainability and efficiency under the LEED v4.1 O+M: Existing Buildings system. This recognition highlights the increasing importance of sustainable buildings, which contribute to energy and water savings and reduce CO2 emissions. Fibra UNO, the country's leading real estate investment trust, aims to drive sustainable practices and foster real estate development in Mexico. 

Torre Cuarzo stands out as one of the most environmentally friendly buildings in Mexico, with its Gold certification. It has demonstrated exceptional performance over 365 consecutive days, showcasing efficient water usage and lower energy consumption compared to similar buildings. Additionally, the building promotes sustainable transportation, with 32% of occupants using public transit, and implements measures to reduce pollution and maintain a healthy indoor environment. 

The satisfaction of Torre Cuarzo's occupants is evident, with 97% expressing their contentment with the building's performance. They appreciate the cleanliness, lighting, external views, air quality, natural light, and thermal comfort provided by the building.
