Totalplay, the business and government unit, has inaugurated a new operations center, iNOC, in Mexico City. With the aim of ensuring service availability, performance, and immediate response to incidents, as well as problem management and resolution, the center will operate 24/7 and will be staffed by professionals trained in technical support, analysis, and diagnosis of the company's various B2B technologies

Located in the southern part of Mexico City, iNOC has 150 field engineers specialized in network support distributed nationwide, along with approximately 90 specialists in professional services within its facilities.
