Totalplay, the business and government unit, has inaugurated a new operations center, iNOC, in Mexico City. This center will be responsible for implementing, monitoring, and providing support for its portfolio of managed services. With the aim of ensuring service availability, performance, and immediate response to incidents, as well as problem management and resolution, the center will operate 24/7 and will be staffed by professionals trained in technical support, analysis, and diagnosis of the company's various B2B technologies.
Located in the southern part of Mexico City, iNOC has 150 field engineers specialized in network support distributed nationwide, along with approximately 90 specialists in professional services within its facilities. This new operations center strengthens Totalplay's operational capabilities and will be crucial for its growth in the managed services segment, solidifying its position as a leading telecommunications and information technology company.
Héctor Nava, CEO of Totalplay's business and government unit, commented: "As part of the strengthening of our world-class network infrastructure with our two NOCs (Network Operations Centers) operating in Mexico City and Monterrey, today we inaugurate our iNOC, which further enhances our operational capabilities and will be key to our growth in the managed services segment for our clients, establishing ourselves as a leading company in telecommunications and information technology services."
Totalplay, as a leading technology provider for businesses, has developed these facilities for the daily and continuous monitoring of its B2B services, ensuring proper control and management of functionality in its systems.
