Last Thursday, WeBuild inaugurated its new offices in the city of Queretaro. The real estate crowdfunding company also announced that it would invest 600 million pesos and generate 500 direct jobs over this year. Construction and real estate services companies rank seventh among the productive sectors with the highest square meter occupancy in the Queretaro office market. According to SiiLA Market Analytics, these companies' square meter occupancy increased by 6.5% in the last year.

The Government of Queretaro recently stated that the real estate sector "represents almost 10 percent of the state's Gross Domestic Product."
