Last Friday, the Mítikah shopping center was inaugurated in Mexico City as part of a large complex built by Grupo Fibra Uno. This project includes two 65-story towers, a 23-level building, and a hospital, encompassing various residential, commercial, and office spaces. The Mítikah Tower, standing at 267 meters, becomes the tallest in the city.

However, there are other buildings in Mexico that surpass this height, such as the Torre Obispado, which at 304.8 meters is the tallest tower in Latin America. This complex has also been analyzed by the Real Estate Information System for Latin America (SiiLA), which estimates that this project will concentrate 15% of the office inventory in Monterrey. It also offers amenities for residents, including a pool, green areas, playgrounds, barbecue zones, a sky gym, and sky lounge and bar.

Another notable real estate development is the Torre Koi, the second tallest in the country, reaching a height of 279.5 meters and featuring 64 floors. Located in San Pedro Garza García, one of Mexico's most exclusive municipalities, this tower has 27 office levels, 37 residences housing 218 apartments, and 18 penthouses ranging from 130 to 832 square meters.

In Mexico City, we encounter the extraordinary Torre Mítikah, an architectural marvel with 65 floors and a height of 267 meters. It was designed by renowned architect César Pelli, who has also left his mark on iconic structures such as the Canary Wharf Tower in London, the NTT Headquarters in Tokyo, the World Financial Center in New York, and the globally recognized Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur.

And then there is the Torre Reforma, an impressive monument of innovation standing at 246 meters with 57 levels, which received the prestigious International High Rise Award in 2018 in Frankfurt, Germany.
