Business is the new focus in Mazatlán. Recognized as one of the top destinations, the city is making strides to establish itself as the business capital of Northwest Mexico. As the city undergoes significant development, the international franchise World Trade Center will open a new headquarters. With this, Mazatlán will join their network spanning over 300 business centers in 100 countries.
The World Trade Center Mazatlán will be located on one of the city's major avenues, connecting the beach, hospitals, banks, and shopping centers. The first of the three project stages will commence in 2024 with a $200 million investment.
The project is estimated to create 150 direct jobs and over 600 indirect jobs. For Grupo ARHE, the project's responsible party, the new World Trade Center complex in the Pearl of the Pacific represents a stimulus for the economy and promotion of foreign trade, as well as a hub for technological and tourist exchanges and the promotion of foreign investment.
