Xinfra Will Buy Libramiento de Celaya

Xinfra (Xinfra FE) is set to acquire a 90% stake in Concesionaria Bicentenario, as well as a 50% interest in Operadora Libramiento Celaya, with funds totaling 1,477 million pesos raised through the FIBRA E issuance. 

The road infrastructure, spanning over 29 kilometers, serves as a crucial communication route within the industrial logistics network of Bajío and the Mexico-Ciudad Juárez corridor. It has been operational for over a decade. 

During its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Bolsa Institucional de Valores (BIVA), FIBRA-E, the energy and infrastructure investment trust, emphasized its acquisition strategy's commitment to sustainable development, improving quality of life, and fostering favorable environmental conditions in the communities where these assets are situated.
