FibraShop Has Invested More than 60 Million Pesos in Three Years in Measures to Protect the Environment

FibraShop, a commercial real estate investment trust, has invested over 60 million pesos in the past three years to combat climate change. These investments include the installation of solar panels in four properties and the replacement of incandescent bulbs with LED lighting in its properties. In its sustainability report, FibraShop reveals that 13 out of its 18 properties already have 100% LED lighting, while the remaining four are in an advanced adoption process with an average progress of 87.5%.  FibraShop has established a Governance Structure for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) matters, which includes the creation of an ESG Committee and a dedicated department reporting directly to the CEO and CFO.
