The inauguration of the NextiPark industrial park in Jalisco marks a milestone in the region's economic development. With an anticipated investment of five billion pesos, this ambitious project by the KIVA real estate group stands tall in the Zapopan North Industrial Corridor.

Spread over 43.5 hectares, NextiPark will feature state-of-the-art warehouses and facilities, offering 36,923 square meters of rentable area, 260 parking spaces, and a cutting-edge business center. Moreover, the park will incorporate concrete roads, a treatment plant, a water well, and expansive green areas. With the establishment of NextiPark, over five thousand direct jobs and an estimated ten thousand indirect jobs are expected, bolstering the regional economy.

KIVA emphasizes its forward-thinking vision, hoping that NextiPark becomes the industrial hub of Zapopan. In a gesture of commitment to the community, KIVA has donated 3.5 hectares to the municipality, which will be used for recreational and sports spaces for nearby communities. Juan José Frangie, the mayor of the municipality, highlighted the potential of projects like NextiPark in reviving the economy and generating employment for Zapopan.
