The Construction of The Sky Begins: Merida's First Skyscraper
Construction has commenced on The Sky, the first skyscraper in Mérida, with an investment exceeding 1,800 million pesos. It is slated for completion by late 2023.

The Government of Yucatan, together with Sky Capital partners, kicked off the construction process of The Sky multi-acclimatization skyscraper in the city of Merida.
The investment for this project exceeds 1.8 billion MXN and will be ready by the end of 2023 if everything goes according to the plan.
The building will have a height of 160 meters and 36 stories, and six parking levels, plus 20 elevators that will connect the shopping center with the medical centers, restaurants, offices, corporate and the terrace.
