On Thursday, June 1st, Cushman & Wakefield Mexico celebrated a momentous occasion with the official inauguration of their new offices in Tijuana, Baja California located in the building Business Hub. This significant milestone marks the company's continued dedication to providing exceptional and personalized service to their valued clients in the region, solidifying their strong presence in the Tijuana market for over four years.

The opening event was attended by market leaders, including Alejandro Delgado, Country Manager Mexico of SiiLA, who had the opportunity to experience firsthand how Cushman & Wakefield has embraced modern concepts in their new space, aligning with the latest trends in the industry. The office boasts collaborative spaces, expansive open areas, and an abundance of natural light, creating an inviting and dynamic work environment.

Victor Lachica, President and CEO of Cushman & Wakefield Mexico, took the stage during the event to deliver a compelling speech, shedding light on the remarkable journey the company has embarked on under his leadership for over three decades. Lachica also emphasized Cushman & Wakefield's entry into the Tijuana market in 2019, which has proven to be a pivotal moment in their continued success.
