With an investment of $120 million, Daye, a prominent Chinese company specialized in the production of electric tools and smart garden products, has initiated the construction of its first plant in Nuevo León.
The plant will be located in Salinas Victoria and is expected to commence operations in July 2023. Qin Chengwei, Project Manager of Daye Mexico, expressed the reason behind choosing this location: "We decided to establish a plant here due to Nuevo León being the industrial capital of the country and having an optimal environment for industrial development. Additionally, its proximity to the United States is also favorable."
The arrival of this company will bring about an increase in job creation, a crucial benefit for families in the region. It is estimated that the project will generate two thousand direct jobs.
