Fibra Haus is gearing up to be listed on the Institutional Stock Exchange (BIVA). To kickstart the process with the institution, they have submitted the prospectus document.

Fibra Haus is a recently established investment trust with the primary objective of acquiring, constructing, developing, redeveloping, and renovating properties for residential and commercial purposes, primarily for leasing.

"Our aim is to become the leading investment trust for residential and commercial properties in the institutional rental market in Mexico, creating value for our consumers," stated the document. Specifically, Fibra Haus offers investors the opportunity to participate in Mexico's housing market to capture long-term value.

However, collaborations with other companies are not ruled out. "Our operational structure involves partnering with or hiring independent developers and operators with proven expertise in real estate development and operation of specialized rental properties," the document explains. Additionally, Greystar will handle the operation and marketing of the properties and act as a strategic consultant during the development stage. Fibra Haus aims to develop 589 residential units.
