Fibra Plus Announces Commencement of Tender Offer for Fibra HD Securities

  • Fibra Plus has initiated a public tender offer (OPA) to acquire the real estate trust certificates of Fibra HD, after obtaining the corresponding authorization. 
  • The OPA offers certificate exchange options between both companies, with additional benefits for those who carry out the exchange before a certain deadline.

Fibra Plus, a real estate investment trust dedicated to the development and leasing of shopping centers and offices, has announced the initiation of an offer to acquire the real estate trust certificates of Fibra HD following the authorization obtained from the National Banking and Securities Commission. 

In a statement, Fibra Plus has provided details that the public tender offer (OPA) for 100% of Fibra HD's share capital officially began on September 7th and will conclude on October 7th. The OPA has been launched with two exchange options.

The first option offers 2.62 real estate trust certificates (CBFI) of Fibra HD for each CBFI of Fibra Plus. The second option involves an exchange of 2.60 CBFI of Fibra HD for one CBFI of Fibra Plus, but this option is only available to those who complete the exchange before September 23rd, 2021.
