FibraHotel, which operates under brands like Fiesta Americana and Live Aqua, continues to strengthen its strategy to expand in the sun and beach segments, as well as urban resorts.
This was affirmed by Simón Galante, CEO of FibraHotel, during a television interview, where he also anticipated low activity in this real estate segment during the first half of 2022. "We will have a less active year, at least in the first half, but we aim to further diversify in sun and beach hotels, as well as urban resorts, which represent almost 50% of our portfolio," commented the president of the Mexican Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (AMEFIBRA).
