The Mitikah shopping center, part of FIBRA Uno's (FUNO) mixed-use development, will open in the last quarter of 2022 with an expectation of receiving between 50,000 and 60,000 daily visitors after its inauguration, according to Carlos Sigüenza Pliego, Commercial Deputy Director of Parks Desarrolladora

The current occupancy of commercial spaces in the complex, which includes stores, shops, restaurants, entertainment, and luxury, exceeds 95% in over 120,000 square meters. A positive flow is expected to be reported starting from next year.

An investment of 22.5 billion pesos has been made in the development of Mitikah, in addition to tenant investments. Grupo Sordo Madaleno (GSM) and other firms have participated in the design of the shopping center.

The consumer experience has been adapted to open spaces due to the impact of COVID-19. Although an increase in investment is recognized due to inflation and the pandemic, a recovery of pre-COVID-19 numbers is expected.
