Parque Tepeyac, the Largest Investment in Recent Years

The investment of 6 billion pesos in the development of the Parque Tepeyac shopping center has been the largest in recent years in the Gustavo A. Madero (GAM) borough, according to the administration of FIBRA Danhos.  


In a statement sent to the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV), they indicated that this investment also translates into the creation of approximately 2,000 temporary jobs during its construction and another 3,000 permanent jobs for its operation, benefiting primarily the people living in the area. 


The newly inaugurated commercial complex on November 10th has a construction area of 260,000 square meters and houses 220 commercial premises. It was built on a 52,000 square meter plot of land.  FIBRA Danhos' administration stated that Parque Tepeyac is their 11th shopping center in Danhos, which operates in Mexico City, the State of Mexico, and Puebla. 


FIBRA Danhos is a Real Estate Investment Trust that originated in 2013 from Grupo Danhos, a Mexican real estate group founded in 1976. Today, it has 11 shopping centers located in Mexico City, the State of Mexico, and Puebla, in addition to office rental spaces totaling over one million square meters.
