SLP Will Have an Official Mercado Libre Store

  • The Secretariat of Economic Development of San Luis Potosí and Mercado Libre have signed an agreement to establish the "Official Pride Potosí Store" as part of the "Viva México" project.

The Secretariat of Economic Development (Sedeco) of the Government of San Luis Potosí and Mercado Libre have signed the agreement "Official Store Orgullo Potosí" as part of the "Viva México" project on the digital platform. 


This project, which involves official stores, started in 2020 in response to the pandemic, when it became necessary for many people to digitize their businesses in order to continue generating income. 


The Mercado Libre representative emphasized that this agreement will be accompanied by essential training on digitalization to enable individuals to sell online. 

San Luis Potosí is joining as the 27th official store of Mercado Libre in the region, providing thousands of SMEs and entrepreneurs with the opportunity to start selling online.
