Last week, Spaces, a company specializing in coworking and creative workspace environments, unveiled its new facilities at Revolucion 1877 in Mexico City. According to company data and SiiLA, Spaces now boasts approximately 2,000 additional square meters of corporate space in the Insurgentes office submarket.

With a cutting-edge approach to interior design, Spaces' new facilities showcase a contemporary and modern aesthetic, blending neutral tones with vibrant accents to create an inspiring and versatile environment.

Spaces offers a wide variety of workspaces, meeting rooms, and relaxation and entertainment areas, all designed to foster productivity and the well-being of workers. Moreover, flexibility and adaptability are at the forefront to meet the changing needs of its occupants.

During the presentation, Spaces executives emphasized that their new corporate space in Revolucion is ideal for business networking. Spread across two floors, the new Spaces offices aim to maximize operational efficiency and client performance, providing environments with global growth perspectives. In this regard, Andres Sanjuan, CEO of Regus and Spaces in Mexico, mentioned that they hope these new facilities will not only be a workplace but also a space where ideas flourish, collaborations thrive, and business opportunities multiply.

With the opening of its new offices, Spaces reaffirms its commitment to providing innovative solutions for companies and professionals seeking a stimulating and adaptable work environment for their ever-evolving needs. The inauguration also reflects Spaces' expansion strategy on a national level, with plans to open new branches in Guadalajara and in the southeastern region of Mexico, specifically in Yucatan. They also plan to establish new offices in Santa Fe and in the Summa Tower on Reforma Avenue in Mexico City, adding approximately 2,900 square meters distributed across three floors, according to data from SiiLA Market Analytics.
